2015 DS3 1.2 not turning. Fault code 0528.(starter does not turn crank)

Can someone help me with this fault code 0528.(starter does not turn crank) with key
code 9528 - 'Absence of command of the starter
But if I bypass the starter relay, the car fires up, I have bought a new relay, but not

have much no have much luck any one can someone help with wire ring diagram or any ideas please

1.0528 Fault: Absence Of Command Of The Starter
2.0567 Service Battery Voltage Fault
3.0006 Fault In The Transmission Of The Main Triggering Status On The I/S (Intersystems) CAN
4.0012 Fault Built-in Systems Interface Mute On Intersystems CAN
5.0015 Fault: No Communication With Engine ECU
6.0047 Fault Absence Of Communication With The Electric Power Steering ECU
